Yes, we ship pan-India.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders usually dispatch within 2–3 business days and reach within 5–7 business days depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, but only if your order has not been shipped yet. In such scenario, connect with customer care team asap.

Returns, Refunds And Replacements 

What is your return policy? 

Returns are accepted only for damaged,defective products, missing or incorrect items reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Minor variations due to individualised production process nature are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

 What if my product arrives damaged? 

Please share an unboxing video and photos with us. we will arrange resolution accordingly

Do you offer refunds? 

We do not offer refunds. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
